Marga Biller consults to organizations offering strategies for achieving organizational excellence and managing change. In her 15 years of consulting experience, she has helped many organizations achieve their business results by ensuring that their organizational capabilities are in line with their business requirements. One of her unique talents is the ability to integrate large amounts of information, opinions and input and develop coherent plans that help organizations meet their needs. In her work, Marga establishes strong business relationships with her clients, enabling her to thoroughly understand organizational and individual issues.
She has worked extensively facilitating strategic meetings where there is a high degree of ambiguity and helping groups move towards agreement of goals. Often times, this strategic work results in coaching assignments that Marga undertakes with key talent in the organization. Marga has also developed instruments based on competency models for leadership assessment and development. She has managed large-scale change efforts, led teams in defining and improving work processes and designed and developed training programs. Her strong instructional design background has allowed her to ensure that the training programs that organizations develop and implement are directly linked to achieving their business goals. Much of her work has been with international firms that demanded a broad understanding of cultural issues. Marga is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Marga’s prior business experience includes leading a research project at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, leading leadership development projects in Latin America for multi-national firms while a Senior-Consultant for Organizational Dynamics, Inc., establishing the Change Management Practice for Andersen Consulting in Boston, designing the learning framework for WorKnowledg an e-learning company as Vice President of Learning Strategy and managing the consulting and interactive training development services for Applied Learning.
Marga holds a B.A. degree from Tufts University and a Masters Degree from Harvard University. She has written white papers, articles and delivered presentations at industry conferences.
